South Wimbledon BSKF New Member Form

Please complete and submit the following form before your first lesson. By joining BSKF you will be provided with one month's free trial insurance to cover your first few weeks of classes.

​Forms for under 18s must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please select the "adults with dependents" option in this case.

After the trial period is complete, members will be required to pay the BSKF's annual insurance and membership fee to continue practicing. You will receive a notification from our membership system when your provisional insurance is about to expire, and you will then have the option to purchase full insurance at the following rates:

Adults: £60
Concessions & students: £50
​Juniors: £35
Associate: £15

Insurance will then auto-renew annually until cancellation via the payment details provided.

​Please note the following definitions:

• Adults = over 18 and in employment
• Concessions = over 65 retired, or those over 18 and not in employment (unwaged)
• Students = over 18 in full time study
• ​Juniors = under 18
